The Tangshan region, a major producer of refractory ceramics, manufactures these crucibles extensively in alumina and ceramic materials. They are widely used in coal quality testing and mineral analysis applications and differ fundamentally from conventional solid-bottom crucibles. Basic Structural Features The overall shape resembles that of a standard crucible, with a cup‑like form. Its structure incorporates a monolithic, sintered porous filter plate at the base; the crucible body and filter are fused into a single, seamless component, eliminating any joints or gaps. This design enables high‑temperature vacuum filtration under negative pressure conditions. The overall shape is that of a conventional crucible, with a cup‑like profile. Its structure comprises a porous filter plate integrally sintered to the bottom; the crucible body and the filter are sintered as a single, seamless component, eliminating any joining seams, thereby enabling high‑temperature vacuum filtration under negative pressure.
