Silicon carbide has four main application areas: functional ceramics, advanced refractory materials, abrasives, and metallurgical raw materials. Currently, a large supply of silicon carbide raw materials is available, so it cannot be considered a high-tech product. The application of nanometer-level silicon carbide powder, which has extremely high technical content, is unlikely to achieve economies of scale in the short term. ⑶ High-purity single crystals can be used to manufacture semiconductors and silicon carbide fibers. Chemical Industry   
It can be used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking and an improver of the structure of cast iron. It can be used as a raw material for manufacturing silicon tetrachloride and is a major raw material in the silicone resin industry. Silicon carbide deoxidizer is a new type of strong composite deoxidizer that replaces traditional silicon powder and carbon powder for deoxidation.
